1. Who are you?
38 yrs old, work in Marketing for Entertainment/Sport industry (seated office job)

2. Why did you proceed with another 12-week body transformation?
2-time live kurs kept me on track esp with healthy food intake and results have been very positive. Not want to continue the food/gym routine but can use the extra support.

3. How did your body change during the program?
Unfortunately I can no longer eat what I want, but once I stick to the food program I see the results and feel much better. This second time I did not quite reach my goal weight (83kg) but put on more muscle.

4. How did your training change during the 12 weeks?
Doing the exercises with more thought and attention for form and technique.

5. What is your favorite meal?
Chicken / Salmon / Eggs / Tuna … i want to try the new Paleo diet the coming 12-weeks.

6. What kind of exercise do you like most?
[I like all] chest & legs [movements].

7. What are you proud of having managed within the last 12 weeks?
Being able to resist snacking & sweets

8. How did your friends react?
